The Rosty Portfolio as a System

The Rosty portfolio is one methodology applied at four levels: a founder identity, the Business as a System method, and four directions that put it to work — finance and accounting, AI operating systems, education, and the book.

The Rosty portfolio as one system Rosty Pavlovskyy sits at the top as the founder identity. Beneath him, Business as a System is the methodology. Beneath that, four directions: Finance and Accounting, AI Operating Systems, Education, and the Book and Authority engine. Two existing service brands, Green Turtle and RostyCFO, sit below the Finance and Accounting direction as its operating layer. Founder identity Rosty Pavlovskyy Methodology Business as a System Measure Finance & Accounting Operate AI Operating Systems Capability Education Transfer Book / Authority Operating brands Green Turtle · RostyCFO Service brands, not the umbrella They deliver the work. Rosty carries the authority and the method.
The portfolio is one argument applied at four levels, not four ventures. Each direction maps to a stage of the operating loop: Finance and Accounting is where the business is measured, AI Operating Systems is where it is operated, Education supplies the people who run it, and the book is how the method becomes transferable.

How to read it

Read it top down. At the top is a person, because first contact is with a person and not with a company. Below that is the methodology, which is the actual product — the thing that is being written down, taught and eventually transferred.

The four directions below are not a service menu. Each one is the methodology applied to a different layer of a company, and each maps to a stage of the operating loop: design, operate, measure, improve.

At the bottom sit two existing operating brands. Green Turtle and RostyCFO deliver client work. They are service brands under the same founder, and neither of them is the umbrella. Keeping that separation explicit is deliberate: three names with one founder are easy to collapse into one confused entity, by a reader and by a language model alike.

Scope of this page

This map shows the public architecture of the portfolio. The internal planning map, which carries sequencing and horizon detail, is not published here.

It has not been through the confidentiality review that would be required first, and publishing a planning document before that review would be a decision made by the builder rather than by the founder.
